Turducken
Turducken is a festive and impressive dish featuring a deboned chicken stuffed inside a deboned duck, which is then stuffed inside a deboned turkey, all layered with flavorful stuffing. It's a showstopping centerpiece for holiday gatherings.

Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Lay the deboned turkey skin-side down on a large cutting board. Season with salt, pepper, and half the poultry seasoning.
Spread half the cornbread stuffing evenly over the turkey.
Place the deboned duck on top of the turkey and stuffing. Season with salt, pepper, and remaining poultry seasoning.
Spread the sausage stuffing evenly over the duck.
Place the deboned chicken on top of the duck and stuffing. Season lightly.
Spread remaining cornbread stuffing over the chicken.
Carefully fold up the sides of the turkey to enclose the duck and chicken layers. Use kitchen twine to securely tie the turducken closed at intervals.
Brush the skin with olive oil and season with additional salt and pepper.
Place seam-side down on a rack in a large roasting pan.
Roast for 4-5 hours, basting occasionally, until a meat thermometer inserted in the center reads 165°F (74°C).
Remove from oven, cover with foil, and let rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
Slice crosswise to reveal the layers and serve.
