Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water to the beef, stirring to combine. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened, then remove from heat.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to fit your pizza pan or baking sheet.
Transfer dough to a greased pizza pan or baking sheet.
Spread salsa evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the salsa.
Distribute the seasoned ground beef and black beans evenly over the cheese.
Top with remaining cheeses and diced tomatoes.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes.
Top with shredded lettuce, black olives, and green onions.
Drizzle with sour cream if desired, slice, and serve.
